Here's the scoop on what our customers have to say about our products in letters, in emails, to dealers, and at rallies.
We spent over 6 months shopping for a 5th wheel, researching and walking through many brands. What we were finding was that we would have to compromise either on layout, quality, or price. We came upon the Kingston late in our research, based on input we found on the Internet. We visited the crossroads site, and fell in love with the floor plan for the KF30SB, it was one of the few smaller length units that had a intelligent layout and fully enclosed bath. We immediately drove 60 miles to the nearest dealer to view the trailer and that visit put the Kingston on the top of our list. The unit was well constructed, priced right, and had quality amenities. We ended up purchasing the KF30SB and have truly enjoyed it, the trailer has performed well, and every time we camp, we have people that ask us about it or want a tour. We definitely made the right decision.

We have owned several RVs over the years and critically looked at many more, yet it took us just a few minutes to fall in love with the quality and value of the Cruiser. At the time we did not realize the great company that was included as part of the deal. On our very long shakedown trip, we found several minor issues and one major one. Yet with one phone call and just a few days notice, Crossroads took care of everything at the factory. Another problem a few years later was handled with an email, several phone calls and a tech doing the repairs at our house. But the real story is how much we have used and enjoyed the Cruiser, both in our volunteer work and just vacationing. Our unit is almost 6 years old, seen more than average use, yet still in great condition. There is nothing better on the market today, except maybe another Crossroads product.

My wife, two young daughter's and I started our search for the perfect 5th wheel. As previous RV owners having owned Jayco and Sunnybrook products we were well aware of what our new RV needed to have, both in features and quality.
From the innovative floor plans, quality construction, detail in finish and dollar for dollar content the Crossroads product can't be beat. Also, the industry leading warranty gave me the confidence that Crossroads would be there should I ever need them.
I receive compliments on my Cruiser everywhere I travel! In the year I have owned my Crossroads it has gone from Maine to New Mexico and everywhere in between. The Cruiser has traveled well and still looks brand new! I would not consider any other brand of RV based on my experiences. Also, the Crossroads forum community is a bright spot for owners to share ideas.

We bought our first Cruiser, an '07 CF30SK, in Dec. 2006. We used it for three winters to snowbird and three summers to camp with kids. We loved it so much we traded it last August for a 2010 CF30SK Patriot Edition. As great as the '07 was, the new one is so much improved with the new features and all the great Patriot add-ons. Best 5'er out there for the quality, features, price, and warranty. Factory support second to none!

My wife and I decided to become RV’ers. We shopped every brand on the market until we saw the Cruiser by Crossroads. There isn’t a better made RV on the market. The aluminum frame and quality of construction make the Cruiser second to none. Ours is a bunkhouse model with lots of room for the children and grandchildren. We have used the Cruiser with the family and have had wonderful experiences. Everyone should own a Cruiser.
