CrossRoads RV, a major manufacturer of travel trailers and fifth wheels, has opened a new service facility to provide repair and warranty service for its dealers and customers.
The 25,000-square-foot facility will be used to do extensive repair work that is too involved for dealers to perform and to provide limited warranty work by appointment. The building has the capacity to service up to six units at a time.
“This state-of-the-art facility will enable dealers to offer their customers a greater range of service and repair capabilities, plus timely and accurate warranty work,” stated Randy Nielson, vice president of customer care for CrossRoads RV. “It’s part of our commitment to supporting our dealers and ensuring the best in customer satisfaction.”
