Topeka, IN---CrossRoads RV will Launch a demo of its new "CrossRoads Direct Connect",
an integrated Microsoft computer network system, at the National Recreational Vehicle Industry Association(RVIA) Show in Louisville, Kentucky, November 27-29.
"CrossRoads Direct Connect" will link all the company's products, part numbers and warranty claims via the internet, making it easier for dealers to order parts, submit warranty claims, and receive prompt warranty payments. All parts and components will have a part number and a picture for easy and accurate ordering. Although CrossRoads currently ships all parts within 48 hours, the new system will simplify the ordering process even further. Warranty claims will be processed immediately and paid weekly with posted labor.
"We are continually investing money in technology to be more efficient and better help our dealers," stated CrossRoads President Mark Lucas. "If a dealer works on a CrossRoads unit, we'll have payment to that dealer within 14 days. While the new system will simplify and speed up the process, we don't want to lose the personal touch. Our dealers can pick up the phone any time and talk to us."
