The Westchester by Field & Stream features a cedar sided exterior and a skipped peeled pine lumber interior. The Westchester floor plan line features a lofted model and is designed with just 13 feet, 6 inch of esterior height allowing for unrestricted towing in all regions of North America. Many other park moodel brands exceed regional height requirements and can not be transported in the U.S. Northeast and Canada.
With 400 square feet of living space, the Westchester by Field & Stream fetures 9 foot living room ceilings. As with all CrossRoads park models, the Westchester by Field & Stream meets all manufacturing standards of the RPTIA and complies with all American National Standards Institue standards that includes over 500 safety requirements.
